What is BODYTALK?

BODYTALK is a holistic, energy healing modality that allows the body to reclaim its healthy status by balancing it physically, mentally and emotionally, promoting self healing.

< >
By using principles from Quantum Physics and different Eastern and Western Medicines BODYTALK uses a “wholistic” approach, where every single lived  experience is taken into account. BodyTalk is designed to lower stress levels in the mind, strengthening the communication between brain and different systems in the body, and allowing you to regain mind clarity, inner peace and total health.

< >
BODYTALK integrates principles from different modalities such as: Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, Ayurvedic Medicine, Western Medicine, Reiki, Chiropractic Medicine, Mathematics and Quantum Physics. Developed by doctor of Chinese Medicine and Chiropractor, Dr. John Veltheim in mid-1990s, BODYTALK is a synthesis of all these medicine systems.

BODYTALK focuses on areas of the body that need attention as the body determines its priorities in healing, and by using non-invasive techniques, which allows the body to refocus on its natural healing responses to establish better communication within itself.

< >
BODYTALK is consciousness based medicine which allows the body to fully participate in its balancing and healing and by consulting its innate wisdom, it is possible to establish the appropriate priority order for the body to heal.

< >

BODYTALK focuses on finding the root cause of the problem, clearing stresses, negative experiences, traumas and belief systems, to allow the body to focus solemnly on establishing a strong internal communication system in the body and on making the necessary corrections which will promote healing, well-being and prevent dis-eases on cellular and quantum levels.

BODYTALK Research Study for Chronic Pain Treatment – Published in the Yearbook of Pain Management 2014.

An Initial clinical research study titled Evaluation of BodyTalk, a novel mind-body medicine for chronic pain treatment, has been published in April 2015 in the “Yearbook of Pain Management 2014”  by Nova Science Publishers. This pilot research study looks at the efficacy of BODYTALK for chronic pain treatment with results that were statistically significant for pain reduction and related emotional factors such as anxiety, depression, fatigue and quality of life.

This study is a pilot investigation of BodyTalk for treatment of chronic pain using a blinded, controlled study design… To evaluate BodyTalk efficacy, subjects reported on their pain level and other associated health and emotional factors throughout the treatment protocol using the quantitative and extensively validated PROMIS system of self-reporting instruments”

Journal of pain Management 2015; 7(4):279

“Fatigue, overall physical and mental health showed significance in the pooled treatment group data. This initial evaluation of BodyTalk suggests that this mind-body CAM (complimentary and alternative medicine) system is effective in reducing pain level as well as emotional symptoms associated with long-term chronic pain”
